Construction

1. Preparation of the Foundation.

As a constructive solution to the Foundation for the construction of our objects, we choose helical piles with a monolithic grillage, without penetration into the ground. Screw piles allow to completely abandon the excavation works, twisted by hand, there is the possibility of dismantling and reuse when needed.

2. Assembly and installation of the frame.

All-season material at -30°C does not require shrinkage of the Foundation. The construction of the frame is carried out in a short time with 100% factory-assembled frame elements. When installing the frame does not use a special technique.

3. Construction of internal engineering communications.

Engineering networks are laid indoors and in the walls.

4. Wall thermal insulation, windscreen installation, and waterproofing.

Inside the walls, nonflammable basaltic mineral wool insulation or lightweight concrete is used. Lightweight concrete or basalt insulation is used in the walls. Waterproofing was applied to the exterior walls. Inside the building, a vapor barrier was installed to eliminate "cold bridges."

5. Window and door installation, as well as paneling.

External and internal walls are often covered with drywall sheets, however cement-bonded particleboards (cbpb) and oriented particle Board can also be used (OSB).

6. The outside appearance.

Painting walls, plastering, painting, trim siding, brick, faux stone, and wooden block-house are some of the exterior finishes.

7. The room's interior design.

Internal plumbing, electrical wiring, grouting, painting, pasting, and other fine finishing are all included in the house's interior décor.

8. The final stage is the installation of museum or attraction features for Your venue.

In most cases, securing furniture to the ceiling or assembling and fastening other objects in strict accordance with the created design documentation, as well as compliance with all other aspects, assures complete safety for all visitors to the art object.
